finally, my update.

updating my life has been on my list of things to do for awhile now, but do to homework, hanging out with friends and the internet being bipolar i have yet to do so. since leaving seattle i have had a great time: the whites house was a lot of fun, the drive to school safe and in good company, moving in was painless(for me, maybe not for colton) and college life great. my classes are great, but intense. my english teacher is a crack up. my friend jenn is in that class with me and i feel like we are laughing from beginning to the end of class. i love my apartment and my roommates are great; there are only 5 of us leaving one empty bed, so if you are a girl and want to visit me you will get a bed! my ward is great, we have really great lessons and people are really great at commenting, i appreciate that. the weather has been sooo great. the first few weeks here it has snowed about 3 times even though now winter is finally hitting. i can't believe january is coming to an end that just means more is ahead.

we had to stop on the pass for about an hour while they preformed avalanche control; it was my job to stay awake since i could sleep while they drove.
for some odd reason i took no pictures at the white's house, but a few the last morning of this gorgeous sunrise.

the scenery was so beautiful on the way to school, i couldn't help but look out the window the whole time.

getting into rexburg was so surreal; it felt so natural to be there as if i never left while at the same time i felt like i had not been there forever. here, julene and i wearing our sunglasses which we have been able to do because of the beautiful sun out.

i never thought i would use a desk, but oh man it is great. my laptop is missing from this picture, but there it sits on my desk when it isn't getting fixed.

i was able to go with my friends to our friend ryan's wedding reception.

soo i like to throw things onto my bed from the doorway instead of walking into my room and setting it on my bed. this day was laundry day and i was throwing my wallet onto my bed, but i arched my throw to high and well...knocked down our light fixture and it came crashing down and broke into pieces. odd. i have yet to inform the apartment complex...
claire and i love to have dinner guests on sundays. last night i invited brittany and julene over for sunday dinner, oh and of course colton was invited.

i hardly have taken any pictures this semester so this might be the last bit of pictures for a while. a video will be up soon showing my apartment.
