a few weeks ago{or maybe just last week} i discovered that when i resume that position on the exercise ball that my back feels AMAZING afterwards. my back gets tight/tense very easily, but not after a few minuets on this bad boy. where has this been all my life? someone should have told me.

I have a tight back too- and use these balls at the gym (to do squats and sit ups and such) I'm totally gonna try it. Thanks for the tip!
