okay this one is so so so funny. it will only be mildly funny though if you understand the story behind it and only really funny if you were there. EVERY YEAR, for the last i dont know 7 or something years...at least...we have done a gift exchange(like unto white elephant but with real/nice gifts) with the Farrar side on christmas eve. some how the uncles and aunts...mostly my uncles including my dad can NEVER remember how to play it. never. so here is my uncle steve trying to explain it to everyone even though a. he is making it MORE complicated and b. really its just him and his brothers who don't understand how to play. you can hear me laughing in the background.
its tradition to go downtown seattle to ride the carousel around christmas. however last year due to BLIZZARD weather we couldnt go and then this last christmas we went after christmas...which was a first. still one of my favorite christmas traditions.
