he's kind of a big deal

today is my brother jacob's birthday. he is old and keeps getting older.

he is really good at being a hoot, being a tease, being smarty pants, hanging out in my bedroom which also turns into his napping spot, being and looking cool, knowing just about everything about everything, traveling, playing with kids, photography, shopping, cooking, teaching us funny sayings like "oh go take a long walk on a short pier" or "oh why don't you just go play on the freeway" or "oh you're just jealous"(this is said at the end of anything even if it doesn't fit like "oh i don't like that soup its too salty" his reply "oh you're just jealous"), trying to convince us that we owe him money, coming up with nicknames for us, getting us to iron for him, having 4 sisters, and misplacing his keys, wallet or phone anywhere he goes. he is one of the funniest and coolest people i know. he is kinda a big deal.

~went to paris on his mission

~graduated from Ricks College, BYU, and North Western

~moved to Florida with his wife

~has two dogs Luna & Boo

~read the encyclopedias as a child

~became a vegetarian many years ago

~sometimes gives up something during Lent

~loves playing sports and following sports

~played saxophone in high school(high school right?)

~has traveled to some pretty cool places like Vietnam, China, South America, Africa(right?) many U.S states etc..etc

~once punched a hole in our living room wall(at that time it was his bedroom)

~once jumped off our roof topless into a huge pile of snow(one year in seattle it snowed mass)

~introduced me to Red Mill Burger(the best burger place in seattle and best burger anyone can ever have)

~has great taste in music. introduced me to Bloc Party
